Our in house monitoring team operate 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.
Once there’s been an activation on site, the footage is then fed into our monitoring room which is manned by our team of security professionals. An audio challenge is given out to the people on site. Our alarm response team is also notified and will make there way to site. In most cases, around 98% of trespassers leave once they hear the audio challenge.

Our staff work on a rotated 8 hour shift pattern so there will always be a fresh pair of eyes monitoring your site.

Each site can benefit from using our app too. The app enables you to log in from anywhere in the world. Once installed, use the app to connect to your site and view real-time images from your site cameras. You can access recorded images via our remote playback option and the app supports pinch and zoom facilities – providing you with exceptional levels of remote connectivity.
